There’s no simple answer to this question, as prices vary widely. In the market, you’ll find everything from beginners looking to build a portfolio—who often have enthusiasm but may lack high-end equipment, professional lenses, and experience—to internationally recognized photographers with top-tier gear, medium format cameras, and premium lenses, constantly investing in their artistic education and frequently published in magazines like Vogue.

At the lower end, entry-level photographers, often found on platforms like Casamentos.pt, typically charge between €600 and €800. On the other end of the spectrum, highly experienced professionals, often listed on platforms like Wezoree, may charge anywhere from €2,500 to €10,000. And, of course, there are many options in between.

Yes! For very short weddings, we offer hourly rates. We also have engagement packages, elopement packages, and wedding coverage options ranging from 6 hours, 8 hours, or full-day coverage, with the possibility of a second photographer. Additionally, we offer multi-day packages, as well as options with or without a 'trash the dress' session, albums, prints, enlargements, and more.

We also provide videography and live streaming services to ensure every moment is captured and shared in real time.

You should book an Algarve wedding photographer as soon as possible after you've secured your venue and date. This could be 12 to 18 months in advance, or even more. If your wedding is coming up soon, feel free to reach out and check our availability.

You can expect to receive your complete collection of wedding photos within 8 to 10 weeks after the wedding. However, within 48 hours, I’ll send you a gallery of highlight sneak peeks to ease the anticipation while you wait.

Yes, every couple who books our wedding package is offered a complimentary engagement or trash the dress photoshoot. Occasionally, couples who already have a wedding photographer or have already married reach out just for this type of session, and the answer is yes! We are happy to offer this service.

The Algarve is known for its 300 sunny days a year, although rain is a rare occurrence... but yes, it can happen! Rain on your wedding day is actually considered good luck for a long-lasting marriage! According to Hindu tradition, a knot that becomes wet is very difficult to untie, so when you 'tie the knot' on a rainy day, it’s said that your marriage is just as hard to break.

Regardless, our team is always prepared for such situations. We use weatherproof equipment, protective covers, and have backup umbrellas on hand. If you're up for it, we can focus on beautiful indoor shots, or even create a unique "I'm singing in the rain" style portfolio with brave couples willing to embrace the moment!

Personally, I don’t offer wedding videography services, but after many years in the industry, I’ve built strong connections with talented professionals. I’ve found a videographer whose work and approach I truly connect with, and we've developed a seamless working dynamic that's hard to achieve with someone I don't know well. For this reason, I now offer his services as part of my wedding packages. However, if you already have a videographer or prefer not to include one, I’m more than happy to adapt to your preferences.
